Провели проверку. Никаких проблем не обнаружено.

Скорее всего имеется небольшое недопонимание движения средств на ваших счетах. Попытаюсь объяснить.

Если вы в приложении не видите чего-то из описанного, то напишите об этом, разберёмся. У пользователей, для которых недоступна «Виртуальная карта», всё то же самое кроме карты.

Что касаемо движения средств. Имеются автопополнения основного счёта сервиса с «Виртуальной карты», если на вашем счёте в сервисе заканчиваются деньги для оплаты комиссии, то с вашей виртуальной карты будут автоматически переведены деньги на лицевой счёт сервиса. Что и было в вашем случае. Совершаются они не моментально.

Так же могут быть перерасчёты среди счетов сервисов к которым вы подключены, можно увидеть минус на счёте, но если на всех остальных счетах будет положительная сумма. Но в таком случае последует перерасчёт и из какого-то сервиса будет вычтена данная сумма.

Вся эта информация доступна для каждого пользователя в личном кабинете в «Движения по счёту». В скором времени постараемся сделать это более удобным и очевидным для каждого пользователя.

Думаю подобные вопросы не являются объектом обсуждения данной темы. В первую очередь следует проверять историю операций в личном кабинете. Если имеются какие-либо расхождения, то лучше всего писать на форуме в раздел «Разное».

В приложении включена возможность заправлять автомобиль за счет средств виртуальной карты.

Нужно зайти в меню → Деньги → Заправить автомобиль.
Выбрать АЗС или АГЗС, колонку, тип топлива, объем или сумму заправки.
Деньги будут списаны с виртуальной карты.

Доступно для водителей работающих в «Максим» на территории России.

Нет никакой подобной кнопки. Если когда-то и появится, то обязательно сообщим.

Здесь был явный сарказм со стороны 01300, но я не думал что это может кто-то воспринять всерьёз.

Во избежание подобных ситуаций форум будет модерироваться строже, любые сообщения не по теме будут удаляться. За частое нарушение пользователи будут уходить в бан.

Предложу улучшения, сообщу об ошибках.
Я из Иркутска. Сам разработчик.
1. Нет звука заказов и вибрации при поиске заказов по ключевому слову.
Тестировал на нескольких устройствах, на разных версиях приложения.
2. Нужно изменить вкладку зоны. После одного из обновлений появилась проблема как среди водителей взять заказ, так и среди пассажиров чтобы уехать.
Дело в следующем: вы вынесли близлежащий поселок Хомутово с его зонами (Грановщина, Карлук, Куда, Талька, Урик) в отдельный «Регион». Ход может и неплохой, хотя сомнительно. Теперь, чтобы оценить ситуацию, сколько заказов обратно в город из этого региона, находясь в городе, приходится в ручную менять регион в настройках. Но это не суть проблемы. Суть в том, что вблизи Хомутово, а точнее за ним, что то в большем удалении, что то в меньшем, есть такие поселки, как Столбова, Усть-Куда, Лыловщина, Ширяева, Московщина, Турская, Оёк, Галки, Егоровщина, Никольск, Бутырки. Это поселки, которые находятся в непосредственной близости к Хомутово, но список можно продолжать и дальше. Чтобы доехать до этих поселков из города, нужно проехать либо Хомутово, либо Урик (его зону). Находясь в регионе Хомутово, заказы из этих поселков не видно, так как они не входят в его зоны, что скорее оправдано, чем нет. Данные заказы видно, только находясь в регионе Иркутск. Чувствуете, что из этого следует? Получается, находясь в Хомутово, чтобы увидеть заказы из этих районов, нужно вручную поменять регион на Иркутск, но тогда водитель не будет видеть заказы региона Хомутово, что ему не очень то выгодно. В итоге водители предпочитают искать заказы региона Хомутово, а клиенты такси из этих поселков вынуждены ждать сумасшедшего водителя, который поедет за ними аж из города, либо водителя, который находясь в Хомутово каждую минуту меняет регион, мониторя заказы из этих поселков (Я общался с многими водителями, но не встречал ни одного, кто так делает, только я сам). В итоге страдают и клиенты, долго ждущие автомобиль, и водители в Хомутово, не видящие эти заказы. Клиенты из этих поселков, знающие о такой проблеме, наверно предпочитают заказывать местное Хомутовское такси. И правильно делают.
Как разработчик, вижу следующие варианты решения проблемы:
— Удалить этот отдельный регион Хомутово. Чтобы водители, находясь в зонах Хомутово искали заказы из общей кучи пригорода Иркутска (примерно год назад и ранее так и было).
— Внести в регион Хомутово данные поселки. Тогда описываемая мной проблема частично решится. Но с логической точки зрения это как то не правильно. Плюс клиенты в других поселках, еще более удаленных от Хомутово, по прежнему будут вынуждены ждать автомобиль из Иркутска.
— На мой взгляд самый оптимальный вариант. Нечто среднее между первыми двумя. Сделать регион Хомутово с его зонами как бы частью региона Иркутск. Таким образом у вас сделаны регионы Маркова, Шелехов, Листвянка. Чтобы Хомутово было зоной Иркутска (прикреплю скрины в следующем сообщении). Так проблема решится наилучшим образом. Но выбирать конечно вам.
3. Вишенкой на торте стала бы возможность видеть заказы в выбранный район и из него, выбрав его на карте (водитель рисует замкнутую линию и все, что внутри как при поиске по ключевому слову выводится в список заказов). Пользовался бы и я и, думаю, многие водители. Плюс это бы немного ускорило вывоз клиентов, так как сократилось бы время выбора заказа водителем. Аналогичной функции в приложении пока нет, разве что вкладка «ближайшие» частично решает этот вопрос, но у нее радиус маленький, и она не реализует функцию поиска заказов в выбранный район.

Надеюсь вы прислушаетесь, и нововведения улучшат жизнь водителей и клиентов.

Хуже приложения такси не видела

Заказала такси, был назначен водитель, он не приехал, звоню ему, мало того что связь ублюдская и слышно только себя, водитель начал орать что он не поедет по этому заказу потому что большая комиссия, тк выставил еще все так словно это я не вышла на заказ. Разве это мои проблемы? Написала жалобу и вуаля! Они меня заблокировали! Мой аккаунт вылетел и я не могу зайти! Могу сказать одно- вы просто конченые.

This app is for those who want to make money with their cars, recoup the costs of car maintenance, or start their own transportation business. You can work with several taxi companies simultaneously. Enjoy a flexible work schedule, and there’s no need to be confined to an office.

Filter orders by rate and destination to select the most suitable orders for you from the list. Alternatively, you can enable a mode in which our service offers you the nearest orders automatically, allowing you to complete them one by one. This lets you earn more while spending less time and fuel.

Different rate categories determine the final order price. You’ll know a fixed price in advance. A taxi meter is used to charge by time and distance. If a passenger changes the route during the trip or asks you to wait, it’s easy to edit the order yourself, calculate the new price, and accommodate the passenger’s wishes.

You can do everything you need to do to work – without visiting the office: for example, refill your personal account using a bank card or pass a photo verification.

In case of an emergency, you can use an alarm button to ask other drivers for help.
