Мастер спорта по жратве

Одежда просторная, балахоном. Но и она не скрыла реального состояния тела. А оно такое, что неясно, как человек до сих пор может двигаться.

Наверное, бывшая блогерша или фитоняшка, которая начала худеть и не смогла остановиться. Ну и сопутствующие рпп, депрессия, анорексия, может, плохая генетика и предрасположенность. Не суть.

Суть в другом. Когда я пришла, я она уже ходила-бегала с нагрузкой 7-8 км/ч. Я провела на дорожке стандартный час. Она за это время ни разу не остановилась и не сбавила темпа. Как заведенная. Когда я заканчивала тренировку, она сделала перерыв на пару минут и снова вернулась на дорожку. Как зомби.

Как я сбросил 16 килограмм и научился бегать

Рост 177, вес в марте этого года(2021г.) 96 килограмм.

Ходил и на массажи и на физиотерапию и на уколы и зарядку эту делал, а мне все хуже и хуже. На работе сижу, головная боль мучит, изображение скачет в глазах и вдобавок начались панические атаки, бессонница по три дня кряду. В общем приятного мало. Перестал общаться с людьми и выходить из дома, стал раздражительным и постоянно уставшим.

Решил основательно взяться за собственное здоровье. Во-первых питание, я не стал отказываться от привычной еды, но существенно урезал мучное и сладкое. Добавил всяких салатов и много-много воды в рацион (3-4 литра). Фитнес, бассин и бег.

Помню как первый раз пробежал километра полтора и пятнадцать минут лежал на скамейке в размышлениях остановится сердце сейчас или я добреду до дому и сдохну там. Было очень плохо. Потом понял, что бегать бездумно нельзя. Начал читать и смотреть обучающие видео. Оказалось, бегать тоже нужно уметь, и быстрый бег не только вреден для таких пухляшей как я, так еще и бесполезен. Потому как для жиросжигания нужен кислород, и бегать нужно ну прямо так медленно как только возможно, чтобы старушки на костылях обгоняли.

Бегом по настоящему «заболел». Бегаю от 40 до 50 км в неделю (по 10 км за раз). Вес теперь сам уходить, я почти не прилагаю усилий, более того начал есть даже больше чем раньше, потому как энергии нужно куда больше для бега и плавания.

p.s. Первый раз в жизни ощутил как приятно покупать одежду не оглядываясь «влезет или не влезет», а по принципу «нравится или не нравится». Гардероб пришлось сменить, одежда 52 размера на мне висела как мешок, теперь ношу 48. Все безжалостно выкинул, дабы не было даже малейшего сомнения, что мне взбредет в голову вновь вернутся к этому размеру.
